Add the garlic salt and black pepper and let the chicken cook for 6-8 minutes, until no longer pink in the middle. Place in a dish off to the side. In the same saute pan, turn the heat to low and add the broccoli slaw miz and 1/4 tsp ginger and cook until the veggies are nice and crisp (about 3-5 minutes). While the veggies are cooking, in a saucepan, combine the peanut butter, water, soy sauce, minced garlic, and remaining ginger and whisk over low heat until the mixture has a smooth, creamy texture and the ingredients are all incorporated together. Place into a serving dish. Once the veggies are done, place in the bowl with the chicken and toss.
