1 Cup medium sliced onion
2 Cups Broccoli florets
3 Clementine Oranges, peeled, separated into segments
1 Medium Red Pepper, cut into thin strips
1/2 Cup White Wine
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground coriander
2 1/2 tsp reduced sodium Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup uncooked Red Quinoa (you may substitute brown rice)
2 cups water

Pound the chicken breasts flat in a large resealable plastic bag. add 1 tsp of cornstarch to the bag and coat the chicken with it.
