How Do I Make Quinoa Pad Thai Chicken?

Here is how you make Quinoa Pad Thai Chicken:

Cook quinoa as specified on package. Use half the sesame oil to cook the onions, add the chicken when the onions are clear. In another small sauce pan make a roux with the flour and the rest of the sesame oil. When the mixture is bubbling, add chicken stock, peanutbutter, soy sauce, and ginger. Keep at a boil till you reach the desired (gravy like) consistency. When the sauce and chicken are both done add the sauce to the chicken and toss them together.
