1 red bell pepper, juilliened

3/4 cup corn
2 eggs
1 Tbsp fish oil
1 Tbsp Lite soy sauce

Here is how you make Chicken Fried Rice ~Revised!!:

Cook rice the night before to save time. Slice chicken into thin slices. Saute chicken in 1/2 TBSP canola oil and remove from pan. In 1/2 TBSP canola oil, add onion, garlic, bell pepper and rice. Cook for about 5 minutes. Push rice to one side. Add egg and scramble. As egg cooks, stir into rice. Add chicken and corn. Add spices, fish sauce, soy sauce as desired. Cook until hot.
