What Are The Ingredients For Chicken Rice Recipe?The ingredients for Chicken Rice are: Ingredients:Chicken Thigh, 8 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Broth, 1500 grams Ginger, ground, 1 tsp Garlic, 1 clove *Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp *Sweet Cooking Rice Wine, 2 tbsp White Rice, long grain, 4 cup Scallions, raw, 4 medium (4-1/8" long) *Coriander leaf, fresh, 4 tbsp Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) How Do I Make Chicken Rice?Here is how you make Chicken Rice: 1.Get all ingredients together2. slice scallions to very small discs and finely chop the coriander3. dry fry the chicken in a pan until just coloured4. take out chicken and set aside5. in the same pan place the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, rice wine and the broth/stock6. bring the mixture the the boil and in the meantime begin to cook the 4 cups of rice and the water in a seperate pot or rice cooker7. when the mixture comes to the boil, replace the chicken in the pan and turn down to a simmer8. cook for 10 minutes..stirring gently. add 1/4 of the scallions and coriander9. cook for a further 10 minutes, skimming of any excess 'gunk' on the surface, then add another 1/4 of the scallions and coriander10. cook for the final 10 minutes, and check to see if the chicken is done by making a slit in the thinkest part and seeing if it is white11. leave to rest fo 5 minutes, then put the rice in some bowls, and serve with 2 pieces of chicken, and lots of juice. spread the other 1/2 of the scallions and coriander over the top of the bowls.serves 4 people, can serve 6 if 2 more peices of chicken are added.
