Add 1/2 of the seasoning packet from the Ramen Noodles. Add chicken and cook about 3-4 minutes until no pink. Add all vegetables, cook until chicken is done and vegetables are al dente (or to your liking). Set aside until noodles are done.In a seperate pan, boil 1.5 cups water. Add Ramen Noodles and other 1/2 of seasoning packet. Let boil for 2-3 minutes, break apart with fork. Pull off heat and let sit a fw minutes.Add cooked noodles (do not drain but dip out noodles, reserve broth) to chicken and veggie mix. If needed add some of Ramen broth to mixture for moisture.
