thaw chicken, cut up to bite size pieces.. cook chicken in pan til no longer pink, add 1 package of mixed veggies (3 pepper & onion works the best), pineapple (1 can), honey (2 tsp) and sesame dressing (1/2 cup). cook another 30 minutes.. let simmercook brown rice in vegetable broth for flavor.. let veggie broth come to a boil, add rice, bring to a boil then turn on low heat.. let simmer.
