6 large Scallions cut in half lengthwise
1 garlic clove, minced
4 cups mushrooms, sliced
1 1/2 tsp coarsely crushed black peppercorns
2 Tbsp Fish Sauce
1 cup Chicken Broth
3 cups Spinach, fresh
1/3 cup plum sauce
3.5 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce
