Place into Ziploc Bag. Add minced garlic and all dry seasoning ingredients. Seal bag, move mixture around until chicken is coated with seasonings evenly. Add olive oil to a warm fry pan. Add the chicken mixture. cook about 10-12 minutes. now add the chicken broth and vegetables cook for additional 10 minutes. Cook quinoa according to directions, omitting the nuts and dressing. Put cooked quinoa in the fry pan with chicken and vegetables, stir.
