Sprinkle 5-spice powder over chicken. In a wok or large saute pan, heat half the soy, oil, ginger & garlic over medium-high heat until fragrant. Add chicken & saute until just cooked through. Remove chicken from pan. Heat the remaining soy, oil, ginger & garlic until fragrant. Add the remaining ingredients & coat in oil & soy mixture.
