Ginger, ground, 1 tsp
Cornstarch, 16 grams (2 Tbsp)
Bragg Liquid Amino, 3 tsp (1 Tbsp)

Cashew Nuts, dry roasted 1/2 cup, halves and whole

Here is how you make Ginger Cashew Chicken Stir Fry:

Wash and prep all vegetables and set aside. In a small bowl, mix 1 cup of water, 2 Tbsp. of cornstarch, 1 Tbsp of Braggs liquid aminos or soy sauce, and 1 tsp. of ground ginger. Mix together and set aside.Heat oil in a pan add chicken, cook until almost done, about 5 minutes. Add carrots and continue to cook for about 2 minutes. Add onions, green peppers and cook another minute. Add broccoli cook for 1 more minute. Add snow peas and sauce mix. Stir fry until sauce mix thickens, about another minute.
