4 medium Celery stalks, finely sliced
1 cup, chopped Carrots (matchsticks, diced, sliced, your choice)
1 cup Cashew Nuts, dry roasted (salt added)

Here is how you make House of Tsang Cashew Chicken Stir Fry:

Mince garlic and finely chop the onion. Drizzle a tbsp of olive oil in a large frying pan or wok. Put the garlic, onion and a dash of salt in the frying pan and begin to warm the pan on Med-Low heat.Cut the chicken into 1-inch pieces and add to the pan with about 2 tbsp of the Stir Fry Sauce. Increase heat to Medium.Once the chicken has no visibly raw spots, add the celery, carrots and remaining Stir Fry Sauce in the bottle. I usually put a little water in the bottle and shake it and pour that into the pan as well to get all the sauce out.Simmer on Medium heat until the celery and carrots start to soften and the sauce starts to thicken (about 7-10 minutes).Add the cashews and stir well. Continue to simmer on medium low for 3-5 minutes.
