1/4 C Low Sodium Soy Sauce
3 cloves minced garlic
2 Chicken Breast, bone and skin removed
50 g. Mr. Noodles Chow Mein Noodles
2 Servings Arctic Gardens Stir-Fry Frozen Vegetables
1 C sliced fresh mushrooms
1 C celery, diced


How Do I Make Maple Soy Chicken Stir Fry?

Here is how you make Maple Soy Chicken Stir Fry:

Cut chicken breast into bite size pieces, transfer to large ziploc bag. Add maple syrup, soy sauce, and garlic to ziploc bag. Turn bag to ensure chicken is evenly coated. Place in the fridge for 1 hr, turning after 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350. Transfer chicken and marinade to baking pan. Cover with foil. Bake for 30-45? minutes (I am not sure, have not made it yet, will update once I know an approximate time).Meanwhile, chop celery and slice mushrooms. Prepare stir fry vegetables in pan according to packaging. Add celery and mushrooms and let cook for 1 minute. Salt and pepper to taste. Add noodles and a little bit of water to moisten the noodles. Cook for 5 minutes or until noodles are soft. Keep noodle/vegetable mixture warm until chicken is done. Combine chicken and all the marinade you can scrape off the bottom of the pan with the noodle/vegetable mixture. Serve with additional soy sauce if desired.
