2 Tsp Minced Garlic

1/2 Cup Carrots
1/2 Cup Zuchini
1/2 Cup Brocolli
1 Cup Cauliflower
1/4 Green Pepper

Here is how you make Sesame Chicken with stir-fry veggies:

-Grill Chicken(I used my Forman Grill) Then chop.(2 cups)-Chop all veggies and rinse in a strainer.-Boil one cup of water and add 1 cup of brown rice. Follow directions on the box. -Heat Oil in Deep pan (wok) Add Minced Garlic. Stir in veggies, and cook until desired tenderness.-In a small metal bowl wisk Honey, Soy, Water, Cornstarch, Ground Ginger, and Red Pepper.-In Seperate Pan on medium heat. Wisk in liquid mix and add in chicken. Cover with a lid for 2 minutes until you see the liquid turn dark. Remove lid and stir until you get the desired thickness.
