(I bring it to work and let it sit for a few hours in the fridge- that's optional).Place bag in microwave, making sure everything is in an even layer. Nuke for 3 minutes, then add the peppers. Cook for another 1 1/2- 3 minutes, until chicken is done.Pour contents out and garnish.
