2 chicken breast bone and skin removed or 1 - 1 1/2 bones boneless breast tenders
3 TBL corn starch
3 TBL Sesame Oil
2 cups sliced fresh muchrooms
3 bags (8-10 oz) chopped asian vegetables for sir fry (broccoli, snap peas, carrots, etc)
3 TBL lite Soy Sauce
water as needed


How Do I Make Stir Fried Chicken?

Here is how you make Stir Fried Chicken:

Cut chiken into small pieces (partially frozen will make cutting chicken easier). Heat sesame oil in large frying pan or wok. Put corn starch in a bowl or bag and shake the chicken pieces to coat. Place chiken pieces into hot oil and stir fry. When chicken is no longer pink, place mushrroms in pan and stir fry for approximately 4-5 minutes. Add vegetable to chicken and mushrooms adding soy sauce (add water if necessary if chicken starts to stick). Cover pan and steam for a few minutes until vegetable are crisp tender sitrring ocassionally.
