Soy Sauce 1/2 cup (+ 1 teas.)
Red pepper flakes 1/2 teaspoon
Vegetable oil or canola oil 1/4 cup
Boneless chicken breasts, cut in thin strips 1 pound
Snap peas 1 small package
Green onion, cut julienne style 8
Medium carrots, grated 2
Peanuts, chopped 1/4 cup
Fresh parsley or cilantro (optional) 2 teaspoons


How Do I Make Quick Thai Chicken?

Here is how you make Quick Thai Chicken:

Boil linguine noodles according to package directions. Drain well, rinse with cold water for 30 seconds, set aside. Combine peanut butter, soy sauce and red pepper flakes in a bowl, mix and set aside. Heat oil over medium heat in a wok or very large skillet. Add chicken and stir fry about 2 or 3 minutes until done. Add snap peas and stir fry for another minute. Add cooked linguine and peanut butter mixture to wok or skillet. Stir-fry 3 to 5 minutes.
