Here is how you make Thai Basil Chicken Lettuce Wraps:

In a small bowl, combine fish sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, and black pepper. Stir to dissolve sugar and set aside.Heat large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 tsp. oil to pan; swirl to coat. Add carrots and sautee 1 minute. Add onions, bell pepper, garlic, and water chestnuts; sautee 1 minute. Remove from pan. Add remaining 2 tsp. oil to pan, swirl to coat. Add chicken, stirring to crumble. When chicken is browned, add Serrano pepper cooking an additional minute, then add the vegetable mixture back to pan and cook 1 minute. Add sauce to chicken and vegetables. Cook 1 minute until all ingredients are well combined. Remove from heat and stir in basil and 1 Tbsp. lime juice.
