Here is how you make Thai Chicken and Veggies:

Cut chicken into 1/2 inch pieces. Add to large saute pan with 1-2 tbsp of canola oil (just to coat the pan so chicken doesn't stick). Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook until browned, stirring occasionally.Meanwhile, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sugar and siracha in a bowl and whisk together.Once chicken is done, add frozen vegetables and toss, to mix together. Add sauce and toss to coat. Cover and let simmer for 5 minutes.
