1 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 ½ tsp cornstarch

Here is how you make Chinese Walnut Chicken:

1. In a medium skillet, heat 1 tsp of the vegetable oil over moderate heat. Add 2 tbsp of the sugar, stirring to combine. Add the walnuts and cook, stirring constantly, for 7 minutes or until the walnuts are nicely coated and lightly crisped; set aside.2. In a large non-stick skillet, heat the remaining 2 tsp vegetable oil over moderately high heat. Add the bell pepper and sauté for 2 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add the scallions, garlic, and ginger, and cook for 2 minutes. Ad the chicken and sauté for 4 minutes or until o longer pink.3.
