Here is how you make Curried Seafood Medley:

Sauté the seafood in half the olive oil until half way cooked, set aside.In the rest of the oil, brown the onions and stir in curry powder, cook for 3 minutes. Add flour and wait one minute.Remove from heat, pour in bouillon, add garlic and bring to a boil. Simmer for 15 minutes.Place seafood with the bouillon and cook for 10 minutes.Transfer seafood to another dish, strain the sauce into the pan.Add coconut milk and lemon juice/sugar mixture to the mix and simmer for a few minutes.
