Add a large egg and same amount of water,Then add 1/2 a tsp of chicken stock and stir properlySteam this for 15 mins and you will get a tofu like very delicate egg custard, which i then add dark soya sauce, bit of pepper and salt and serveD!! Addition of vegetable, mushrooms, shrimps whichever.. will make the chawamushi really delicious and satifying.
