1 c. chicken broth
3. Tbsp creamy peanut butter
1 tsp Sriracha chili sauce
3 Tbsp honey
3 Tbsp soy sauce
3 Tbsp fresh minced ginger
5 gloves of garlic, pressed or minced
12 oz. Udon or linguine noodles
Chopped green onions
Chopped cilantro
2 limes, cut into quarters
chopped peanuts


How Do I Make Thai Peanut Noodles?

Here is how you make Thai Peanut Noodles:

1. Start bringing a pot of water to boil for the noodles, don't cook them yet, the Udon noodles take 4minutes to cook so you'll cook right before you are ready to serve2. Over medium heat in a skillet heat the oil, rinse and pat dry the chicken breast once oil is hot cook the chicken about 6 minutes each side until it's completely cooked in the center3. While the chicken is cooking in a sauce pan combine, the broth, peanut butter, chili sauce, honey, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic, over low heat until everything is blended and then turn off the heat.4.
