Here is how you make Spicy Peanut Quinoa Bowl:

Cook Quinoa according to instructions. I use a rice cooker (1.5 c. uncooked quinoa, rinsed + 3 c. water)While the quinoa is cooking, wash and chop veggies. I put a little water in a pan and toss in all veggies, cover and simmer for 2-5 minutes until broccoli turns bright green and veggies are warm. Drain water.Mix together the Peanut Sauce RecipeI microwave the mixture to melt the peanut butter and then mix again.Combine cooked quinoa, veggies and sauce. Serve hot. I find the left overs better than the fresh cooked meal so I always make a big batch.Serving Size:?6
