3 cups shredded cabbage
5 oz julienned turkey breast
2 scallions, chopped
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Here is how you make Peanut and Sesame Lettuce Wraps:

Combine all ingredients except vegies, turkey and sesame seeds in a large bowl, stirring to make a smooth sauce.Add carrots, cabbage and turkey, tossing to coat with sauce. (If you like your topping a little less raw/crunchy, you can zap it in the microwave or stir fry for a minute or two at this point; cool a bit before serving.)Top with toasted sesame seeds and chopped scallions.
