Here is how you make Pepper soy steak:

Melt the butter with a teaspoon of olive oil (this prevents the butter from burning) in a wok. Add half a teaspoon of pepper to the mix after it melted.Chop the red bell peppers in 1 inch strips, thin enough to be able to caramelize - about 1/8 inch. This is perfect for people that love how bell peppers taste but can't stand the crunchiness of them, the butter will make them chewy. Put the cut bell peppers in the wok after the butter has melted and stir it around so it covers them completely. Cook until the bright red color has changed into a deeper red and add the soy sauce - all this takes about 5 minutes.Cut the steak in thin, bite-size strips. Marinade them briefly (while the bell peppers are still cooking) with Worcestershire sauce and the left over pepper. Add to the wok and cook through until it reaches your desired temperature. I prefer medium steak so it takes around 4-6 minutes, until the pink has disappeared on the outside of the steak. Serve with your favorite salad and brown rice. This makes 2 servings.
