*Egg Beaters 2 egg portion
Sesame Oil, 2 1tsp
Garlic, 2 cloves finely chopped
*Peas and Carrots frozen package
*Diced Ham, .75 cup
*Green Onion (1 Green Onion) sliced 1/2 cup
*Rice - Minute Rice White (Cooked), 4 cup


How Do I Make Ham and Egg Fried Rice?

Here is how you make Ham and Egg Fried Rice:

1. In a small bowl combine soy sauce, sesame oil, and 1/4 tsp pepper. Set aside2. Add eggs to 12 inch nonstick skillet and scramble. Remove eggs and wipe/wash skillet.3. Add olive oil to skillet. Add garlic and cook & stir for 1 min. Add rice and the peas & carrots. Cook and stir for 8 min.4. Sprinkle soy sauce mixture on rice mixture in skillet. Cook 5 min, lifting and turning rice mixture occasionally. Add ham; cook and stir 1 min more or until heated through. Stir in sliced green onions and cooked eggs. Heat throughThe original recipe also called for 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh ginger but I don't like it so it's not included here.
