Here is how you make Kim's Fried Rice:

Select the amount of rice you'd like, and cook as directed.Chop both the onions and green pepper. Saute the onions and green peppers in the olive oil until softened; for a kick you can add some garlic. Add in the cooked rice to the onions and green peppers and mix thoroughly. Pour as much or as little soy sauce as you'd like. Then push everything to one side of the pan and scramble the egg.
