Steps1. Fill a large, shallow plate or bowl with very warm water.2. Place one rice paper wrap in the water, and soak until it turns clear and soft.3. Lay rice paper flat. Place small amount of glass noodles, basil, etc. and several shrimp in the middle of the rice paper. You should fill the wrap like you would fill a burrito or soft taco.4. Fold the sides in, so they meet in the middle, slightly over filling.5. Continue to roll from the bottom, keeping filling tightly packed in the roll, until it's completely rolled up into a spring roll shape.6.
