Here is how you make Christine's Spring Rolls:

Julienne Broccoli, Red Cabbage, & Carrots. Spay cooking spray in skillet put julienne veggies in pan on medium heat. Add sesame seeds & Mango/Lime seasoning stir frequently. Add a little water at a time & cover for 3 min. As soon as the broccoli becomes tender leave lid off & let any excess moisture steam off & remove from heat. Take the wrappers one at a time & place a heaping tbsp of the mixture in the center fold one corner into the middle the 2 side in then roll it to the last corner. Dip you fingers in the remaining water on the end of the last corner to seal. set aside on a plate until all 10 are complete. Spray cooking spray in pan place each spring roll in & turn the heat on medium.
