*Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp
Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano), 2 tbsp
*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Sesame Oil, 1 1tsp
Garlic, 2 tsp
Ginger Root, 2 tsp
Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
Honey, 1/4 cup

Here is how you make Summer Rolls:

Cook vermicelli noodles.Julienne vegetables (about 4-5" long).Cut out hard stem from romaine lettuce for ease of folding.Prepare station: plate of water to wet wrapper, large smooth flat area (plate or baking tray) to wrap veggies on, serving plateSubmerge both sides of wrapper in water and place on working station. Place romaine lettuce leaf in the middle of wrapper. Add veggies/fruits in the center. Add 2-3 strands of vermicelli noodles and fold them to match the length of veggies/fruits. Fold and roll romaine leaf and wrapper to encase filling. SAUCEPut all ingredients in food processor or blender. You might want to chop ginger, and garlic first.
