Here is how you make Spicy Shrimp and Noodles:

Add 1 tbsp of oil to a hot pan. stir fry green peppers and onions and mushrooms and a tbsp of chopped garlic for 2 mins. Add shrimp and stir fry for 3 minutes more. Add sauce ingredients:2 tbsp thai sweet chili sauce1 tbsp light soy or tempura sauce1/2 tbsp fish sauce and a few drops of sesame oil. Continue to stir fry until sauce is hot and bubbling. Chop noodles a bit to make eating easier. Toss into sauce and mix well. Serves 2 people. Top each dish with fresh garnishes.
