You can add Broccoli, Asparagus, cauliflower, water chestnuts... and or replace anything you dont like in the original recipie (I add asparagus and occasionally wate rchestnuts) How Do I Make Lite and Easy Oriental Soup?Here is how you make Lite and Easy Oriental Soup: Slice/Chop all veges and your meatPour your can of broth in a soup pan and turn on the heat, once its close to boiling, add onion, mushroom, and bok choy stems (Save the leaves and add at the end of the cooking)While this is slow boiling, heat a pan of water to cook the noodles in (they take about 2-3 minutes and will be done). Just before draining the noodles add the bok choy leaves and the snow peas to the rest of the veges . Now drain the noodles and add them and the meat to the vege pan. Add your soy sauce and your chili sauce and serve. From start to finish this only takes about 10 minutes.
