Here is how you make Asian Junk Stew:

heat about 1 tablespoon of oil. dice one whole onion, brown the onion in a large cooking pot. add garlic and brown but watch not to burn. burnt garlic tastes bad. add chicken broth, ginger, pepper and bring to boil. add minced tilapia, minced chicken and continue to boil. add rest of water, rice and boil for about 30 minutes.
