1 lb. pork loin
3/4 cup beef broth
1 tsp thyme
2 Tbsps flour

How Do I Make Pork Loin for Two?

Here is how you make Pork Loin for Two:

MARINADE:Whisk together honey, tarragon vinegar, and olive oil. Salt and pepper one side of pork loin, then marinate that side in honey/vinegar/olive oil mixture for 15 minutes. Salt and pepper other side then marinate for another 15 minutes. COOK:Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Then heat olive oil in frying pan and sear pork loin one each side (approximately 4-5 minutes per side). Put seared pork loin in a shallow roasting pan and cook in oven for approximately 15 minutes or until internal temperature is at least 140 degrees. While the pork loin is roasting, add flour into frying pan and stir until thickened. Then add beef broth, thyme, and other seasonings if you choose (I.e. garlic), and beer to make a gravy. Lower the temperature once it combined to low heat. Serve with vegetables such as corn, potatoes, and carrots.
