i like to use chicken breast cutlets/strips for this recipe and cut them up after cooking them .you need one pound or approx 6 strips of chicken breast. 1 bag of birdseye teriaki stir fry w/ sause pouch - the large packages at walmart supercenter make 2 dinners and have 2 sauce packets in them. cook strips throughly in a 10 inch skillet- cut chicken into cubes or into bite size pieces while still in pan- make sure utensils are non stick skillet friendly- add 1/2 bag of the vegetable stir fry veggies and 1 sauce packet to the skillet and mix well until sauce melts and coats the veggies and chicken. cover and let cook over low heat for 15 min. uncover and finish cooking on high for 5 min. stirring constantly. you can cook the minute rice while stir fry is covered and simmering for 15 minutes then cover rice to keep warm until dish is completely done - serve 1 cup of stir fry on top of 1/2 cup riceNumber of Servings: 4Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user TMSMATTHEWS.
