How Do I Make Asian Tofu Stir Fry with Veggies?

Here is how you make Asian Tofu Stir Fry with Veggies:

1. Remove half of tofu from package and drain excess water. Pat dry.2. Create marinade in container mixing 4 tbs of soy sauce, 1/2 cup of water, 1.5 tbs garlic powder, dash of salt and dash of pepper.3. Marinate overnight (or for 3 hours).4. Chop asparagus, dice carrots, chop celery, cut peppers into strips and then halve them, slice mushrooms.5. Heat a skillet with 1.5 tbs olive oil and 1tbs of soy sauce.6. Throw in all of the veggies (including the broccoli, corn and green beans).7. Saute and "stir fry" for 5 minutes.8. Pour in half of the marinade from tofu into skillet.9. Cook for another few minutes.10. Drain the veggies from the skillet into a strainer. 11. Add remaining olive oil to same skillet.12. Add tofu and cook for 5 minutes.13. Add veggies back into skillet.14. Spoon in remaining marinade. 15.
