Here is how you make Salmon Stir Fry:

Cook your minute rice according to package directions (I sometimes buy the bags of rice and cook it all on a Monday, and store the rest in my fridge for the week.)Put a tbs of veggie oil in a skillet and heat up your veggies adding soy sauce as well. When veggies are nearly done (5 minutes or so if their frozen) add the fish on the skillet and cook it for 4 minutes on a side.When fish is done place rice in a bowl topped with veggies and fish!
