1 cup Red peppers sliced

How Do I Make Tofu Vegetarian Stir-Fry?

Here is how you make Tofu Vegetarian Stir-Fry:

1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet or wok. Stir-fry onions and tofu 7 minutes over low medium heat. Transfer to warm bowl and set aside.2. Add remaining olive oil and ginger and stir fry 3 minutes. Add remaining vegetables in the following order:: carrots, cauliflower, red peppers and brocolli, stir-fry for 2 minutes in between vegetables. Cook until red peppers are tender.3. Return tofu in skillet then add vegetarian stir-fry sauce and stir fry for about another 2 minutes.4.
