In a small bowl, whisk together the sweet and sour sauce ingredients. Set aside.2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat a large saute or frying pan over high heat. When very hot, add the cooking oil and swirl to coat. Add the pork chops to the pan and cook for 2 minutes each side.
