Here is how you make Sweet and spicy sriracha meatballs:

In a large bowl combine ground Turkey bread crumbs eggs garlic powder cayenne pepper onion powder and 1/2 tsp of salt. Mix well. Roll mixture into approximately 1oz meatballs and set aside. In a seperate bowl combine sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, green onions and olive oil. Mix ingredients until smooth. In a skillet, at medium heat coated with choice of non stick cooking spray, arrange meatballs. Cook until brown on all sides (approximately 7-10 minutes). Pour half of the sauce on the meatballs and cook another 4-5 minutes, or until sauce begins to caramelize. Bake covered for an additional 10 minutes at 350 degrees Serve meatballs over steamed rice and pour remaining sauce on top.
