Saute until tender. Set aside and allow to cool.In a medium bowl, mix the ground pork, scallions, cabbage, ginger, garlic and cooled mushrooms. Add the herbs: chopped cilantro, mint and Thai basil. Add salt, soy sauce, siracha sauce, lime juice and sesame oil. Mix until everything is well combined.Form pork mixture into balls, making about 10 balls.Place balls on one wonton wrapper. Spread water around the edges of the wonton wrapper and bring edges around the meatball, try to cover as much of the meatball as possible. Flatten the bottom of the dumpling. Finish all of the dumplings and set aside.When ready to serve: heat a non-stick frying pan over medium high heat and place the dumpling in the pan, flattened side down. Heat until the bottom of the dumpling is golden brown.Add water to the pan (approximately 1/2-3/4 cup) and immediately cover the dumplings and cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until the pork is completely cooked through. Drain any remaining water and heat one more minute.
