14 oz water packed extra firm tofu, rinsed
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbl canola oil, divided
1 tbl minced garlic
1/2 onion chopped small
2 cups sliced white mushrooms

Sauce:Whisk all ingredients together and set aside.Tofu and Mushrooms:Place tofu on several paper towels and sprinkle with 1/4 tsp of salt. Turn over and sprinkle with remaining salt. Place paper towels on top and weight down with a plate or pan. Set aside for 5 minutes. Cut into 1 in cubesHeat skillett until hot on high with 1 tbl oil.
