How Do I Make Turkey Won Tons/Potstickers?

Here is how you make Turkey Won Tons/Potstickers:

I did the serving based on PER WON TON!!! so I would know what I could get away with that day.Take all of the ingredients from the turkey through to the red pepper and mix well in a large bowl. Then take your wonton wrappers (make sure when you buy them they are FLAT! we bought some from the grocery store and they had a bend in them and they all broke, so we bought them at the Asian market and they were GREAT!)OK, take your wrappers and place the filling inside making sure to leave enough room to fold over (add water to the edges so they stick, but I brush the whole wrapper with water, makes it easier!)Fold the won ton over and put pleats in the edges and pinch them down so they stay in that shape. Put the won ton on a cookie sheet and cover with a wet towel (wring out but still very damp).Keep going until all are done. Pre heat oven to 180.Then, put a frying pan over medium high heat (one without a non stick surface works best, but we use one coated with teflon) and put a single layer of wontons in the pan. Cook for two minutes. DO NOT MOVE OR CHECK THE WON TONS NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU WANT TO! Next, put 1/3 cup of chicken stock in the pan and over tightly reducing the heat to low. Cook this way for two minutes.Once the two minutes is up take the won tons and move to another cookie sheet, cover with aluminum foil and put in your heated oven to keep warm until all are done.Put water in your pan to deglaze it and the put burner back up to medium high heat and repeat until all are done!Number of Servings: 40Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user ALYKATSMAMA.
