Here is how you make Chinese Turkey:

Brown Ground turkey - drain Put turkey back in pan add one head of broccoli broken into chunks, chopped green peppers, 3/4 of the chopped green onions, minced ginger - saute o medium for 10 minutes. Add garlic, hoisin and chicken broth. Simmer for 10 minutes. Season with chinese 5 spice, hot chili pepper sauce, salt and pepper. Garnish with remaining green onions.
