How Do I Make Turkey Thai Red Curry?

Here is how you make Turkey Thai Red Curry:

Heat oil in large pot over medium heat, add onions and cook until softened. Add in yams and cook until soft. Then add in turkey and cook until browned. Add all remaining ingredients except coconut milk and red curry paste. In separate sauce pan, bring coconut milk to a light boil. Add in red curry paste and stir until combined. Pour coconut milk/red curry paste sauce into pot of other ingredients and cook until desired doneness. Scoop a serving out into a bowl. This is good over rice, but the rice isn't included in the nutrition info if this recipe.Serving Size: Makes 8 servings 1-2 cups in size (1/8th of the recipe).
