Makes 6 servingsabout 2 cupsPour soy sauce over turkey in a small bowl; set aside. Pour oil into a large non-stick skillet; add rice and fry over medium heat, stirring constantly, until rice is browned. Add chicken bouillon, water and turkey mixture; cover and simmer 45 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.Stir in celery, green pepper and onion; cook, uncovered, 5 minutes. Push rice to side of skillet and add egg, stirring constantly, until set; combine with rice mixture. Stir in lettuce. (Or add to individual serving).
