1/2 C reduced sodium chicken broth-use 99% fat free to reduce fat content
2 tbsp hoisin sauce*
1 tsp five spice powder**
1/2 tsp kosher salt
16 inner leaves from hearts of romaine-can use boston lettuce
1 tbsp each cilantro and chives, chopped
1/4 C grated carrot
4 cloves garlic,grated
1 tbsp tamari-dark soy sauce
1 tsp each onion and garlic powder

1. Cook rice per package directions. 2. Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Add turkey, garlic, and ginger; cook crumbling with wooden spoon, until the turkey is cooked through, about 6 minutes. Stir in the cooked rice, bell pepper, broth, hoisin sauce, five spice powder and salt; cook until heated through, about 1 minute. 3.
