Here is how you make Turkey Lettuce Wrap:

In wok or non-stick skillet heat olive and sesame oils. Add mushrooms, garlic and onion. Saute until onions are soft. Add turkey and stir well. Add cabbage, carrots, water chestnuts, salt and red pepper flakes. Stir well and cook until cabbage and carrots are tender. Remove from heat and add hoisin and soy sauce. Stir in cilantro and green onion. To serve, place a small amount of mixture in the middle of a lettuce leaf and wrap up.
