Quinoa How Do I Make Pork and Veggie Quinoa?Here is how you make Pork and Veggie Quinoa: Cut the 6oz. boneless pork chop lengthwise making two pieces.Lightly coat both sides of the pork chop with 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil and some black pepper.Cook at 425 degrees for 7-10 minutes per side (or until no longer pink inside)As the pork is cooking, put the chicken broth and Quinoa in a medium sauce pan.
